I actually make these myself quite bit, but the wife gets burnt out on them pretty fast — something about being too heavy and greasy or some such nonsense. Anyway, to the point of this post — the BBQ nachos at Rolla Smokehouse (RSH).
They’re smoky. They’re meaty. They’re BBQ-y and they come with lots of jalapeños on the side. RSH has three or four sauces to choose from. I couldn’t tell you the names off the top of my head, but the sweet, smokey sauce mixed with a little of the spicy sauce is my poison of choice
Having traveled extensively across the South, I think I have a pretty sophisticated BBQ palate. This place didn’t impress me at first, but it gets better every time I visit. I recommend the BBQ nachos.

Funny thing…I just ate these today – in fact, the leftovers are sitting in my fridge as we speak. I thought they were wonderful…I might agree with Jen that they could get a little too greasy / heavy after awhile, but for today after a long day of dancing with 8 year olds, they were WONDERFUL! :0)
